Criteria for Subsidy

A PETCO subcommittee of the Board will evaluate all applications. If it is felt that a
project has merit and meets the relevant criteria, PETCO will enter into an agreement
with the qualifying company, and the agreement will stipulate how and when
assistance will be provided.
